BANGKOK Hospital (BHP) is donating medicine cupboards to 12 schools for under-privileged children. The hospital started filling up the first of the cupboards on 17 June at Baan Nong Sai School. Staff and students of the school were then treated to a puppet show organised by the hospital.

BHP intends to donate more cupboards to schools in neighbouring provinces like Phang Nga and Krabi. BHP selects schools based on the number of students and the condition of the medical room, as well as how far the school is from the nearest town or hospital.
The hospital aims to maintain this service free of charge. This project is one of many that Bangkok Hospital is involved with as part of its fourteenth anniversary celebrations.
