MUSIC and Chang flowed in equal abundance for the Rhythm on the Beach music festival on Saturday night at Patong beach.

As the sun went down on the peaceful bay, a wealth of Bangkok superstars were setting up decks, checking microphones and preparing to bring a little Hip Hop flava to us simple island folk.

There was a steady flow of DJ’s and Thai Hip Hop artists throughout the evening, including Professional DJ Team and Spyda Monkey. Headline act Joey Boy took to the stage just before midnight and had the opportunity to perform his hit single ‘Teerak’, before the torrential downpour attempted to put a hold on the rhythm, it almost succeeded leaving only the most hardcore dance fans bouncing until the early hours.
