The funeral for John Seebach, the managing director of Island Technology and well-known local IT expert, begins Friday 13 Oct, at Cherng Talay Temple.

However, friends of the family who are helping to organise the funeral have asked that mourners wishing to pay their respects are most welcome on the evening of Monday 16 Oct. The cremation will take place on Tuesday morning.

A ?wake? will be held on Weds 18 Oct from 7-9pm at the Watermark, Boat Lagoon, where friends can again gather to pay their last respects with a few drinks for their departed friend.

Mr Seebach, who was only 48 at the time of his death, suffered a heart attack on 11 October at the Banyan Tree Resort, where he had been swimming with his wife.
