Nominations for the Thailand Property Awards 2011 closed at midnight on 17 June. Hundreds of Thai and international developers, agents, architects and real estate companies were put forward by the public and members of the industry for consideration by the panel of judges.

All the nominees for the Thailand Property Awards go through a rigorous selection process, and only one overall winner is awarded in each category. Judging is conducted by a team of industry experts, which includes lawyers, surveyors, agents, professors and construction engineers. The awards are based on a comprehensive evaluation of all the companies nominated with site visits also conducted for the top short-listed developments.

The Gala Awards Dinner attracts over 600 CEO?s, Managing Directors, Presidents and other senior management figures in the real estate and related industries every year. This year, the dinner will be held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel on 5 November.

With just two weeks remaining to submit nominations, the shortlist of Thailand's best property sector companies will soon be ready and the judging process will begin in earnest.
