Construction of a luxury condominium project ?Phumundra? - located on Pracha-uthit 5 Road (parallel with the Bypass road) will begin in June of this year.

The condominium project contains 130 units spread over 15 buildings on almost nine rai. Construction is estimated to be completed by January 2012.
