Phuket?s Execution Office is to put five large properties up for auction in October. The office expects to raise in excess of 350 million baht from the sale of the five large pieces of property, which include 80 rai in Chalong, 31 rai in Kalim and 11 rai in Kata. The office plans to auction off the properties at a mid-October sale. Press from Bangkok will be invited to attend this major auction, which is expected to receive significant interest from local and international developers.
